Touch for Health Proficiency
TFH Proficiency builds on TFH Level 4 and integrates all aspects of the TFH Synthesis by introducing ‘menu balancing’.
Why join TFH Proficiency class?
TFH Proficiency consolidates all the learning in TFH levels 1-4. It is an opportunity for students to ask questions and revisit areas that may be challenging. It is a student-led class with the syllabus determined by class needs.
This class is also a gateway for those wishing to start working with the public. You will understand basic client management and gain confidence to take the next steps to becoming a professional.
What to Expect
The TFH 'Menu’ is introduced enabling you to determine the most effective tool to use in a session. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions, review the TFH Synthesis and consolidate prior learning.
You will also prepare for the Proficiency Assessment and on completion of this class will fulfil the prerequisite to attend the TFH Training Workshop.

TFH Proficiency Assessment
The assessment is an opportunity for you to demonstrate both your practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
You will receive personalised feedback and guidance on what you are are good at and your assessor will discuss next steps with you.
On successful completion candidates will be able to gain insurance, join the Kinesiology Federation as a TFH Proficient and begin working with the public.
Typically students attending the Proficiency Assessment day report that it was a fun (yes fun!) and fulfilling experience.
